The objective is to support our evolving operational needs and engagement strategies, and extend its functionality into a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This system must support our marketing, campaigning, stakeholder engagement, staffing logistics, volunteer coordination, and stock control operations. An hourly rate is available.
