Alarm Force Pty Limited is a professional security services provider delivering guarding, mobile patrols, alarm response, alarm monitoring, and CCTV solutions across Australia.
We are expanding in NSW and are seeking a motivated Sales Support & Telemarketer to assist our Business Development team with lead generation, appointment setting, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities
• Outbound B2B calls to potential clients (cold and warm leads)
• Introducing Alarm Force security solutions
• Booking appointments for senior sales consultants
• Updating CRM and maintaining accurate call records
• Following up website and email enquiries
• Providing general sales and administrative support
• Meeting daily and weekly call and sales targets

Skills & Experience
• Previous telesales, call centre, or customer service experience preferred
• Confident and clear English communication
• Professional phone manner and B2B presentation skills
• Basic computer and CRM experience
• Target-driven, organised, and reliable

Compliance & Eligibility Requirements
• Must hold a valid Victorian Private Security Licence (or be eligible and willing to obtain one prior to commencement)
• Must have the legal right to work in Australia
• Current Driver Licence preferred

Remuneration
$25.00 – $30.00 per hour + commission (based on experience)
