The Role Are you an enthusiastic, driven individual with a passion for sales and helping people? Join VitalCALL as a Sales Support Specialist and play a key role in maintaining and growing our customer base. You’ll work closely with inbound leads and referrals that have been sent through by our Homecare and Department of Veteran Affairs Referrers. You will also be engaging with customers and recommending solutions that ensure their safety and peace of mind. We’re looking for someone with sales expertise, great interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service—all while helping customers feel supported and valued. Responsibilities As a Sales Support Specialist, you will: Handle inbound inquiries from customers and Referrers and provide information on VitalCALL products and services. Proactively follow up with dormant leads and existing customers to secure conversions and upsell additional solutions. Prepare and manage quotes, ensuring accurate pricing and information. Build meaningful relationships over the phone, identifying customer needs to recommend tailored solutions. Assist customers through the sales process, providing guidance and resolving concerns professionally. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain sales records and data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in customer service, internal sales, or a related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and empathetic tone. Ability to build rapport easily and identify customer needs to offer solutions. Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently. A commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer systems. A team player with a proactive and positive attitude. Why Join VitalCALL?
