Role Description
A dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to join our East Coast team. This role involves a variety of tasks focused on supporting our sales operations and enhancing client relationships.
- Respond to and manage incoming calls, addressing general substantive inquiries from clients and potential customers, qualify transactions for 1031 exchange suitability, conduct initial file intake, and advise clients regarding transaction process and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inquiries received through our website, providing telephone consultation, email follow-up, and data entry through Salesforce.
- Initiate contact with potential clients from real estate sale lists and other data sources.
- Provide coverage for sales representatives when they are out of the office, ensuring continuity of service and support.
- Gather detailed information for new transactions and review with clients and their advisors to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Accurately enter new contacts and manage new deals in Salesforce, ensuring all relevant data is accurate and up to date.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Act as liaison between Sales Team and Operations Team, coordinate transactions, ensuring all parties are well-informed and aligned.
- Analyze data to identify new leads and potential sources of business, contributing to the growth of our client base.
- Provide support for various sales projects, collaborating with the team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Assist our operations teams as needed during busy times or for PTO coverage purposes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Experience with and knowledge of IRC Section 1031 rules and regulations is a plus
Requirements
- Pay Range: $15.67-$20.89/hour
- This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
- Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
