Au and Mw Enterprise Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based construction company with over 10 years of experience specialising in plastering, cladding, and related building services. To support ongoing growth, the company has recently established a wholesale division, supplying building materials in bulk to trade, commercial, and industrial clients across Australia.

Position Overview

As part of this expansion, we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative (Industrial Products) to join our team. This newly created role will support the development of the wholesale division by identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across B2B markets, including trade, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

? Identify and develop new business opportunities with trade, commercial, and industrial clients.
? Promote and present the company’s building materials product range to B2B clients.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s and competitors’ products, services, and market trends.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat sales and long-term partnerships.
? Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and credit terms, and finalise contracts.
? Visit client sites to assess needs and provide product advice and solutions.
? Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
? Arrange product delivery and, where applicable, installation or service provision.
? Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and business expense records.
? Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

? Bachelor’s degree required.
? Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and client relationship experience (essential), preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or construction-related sectors.
? Experience in wholesale, supply chain, logistics, and warehouse coordination (preferred).
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
? Strong problem-solving ability with initiative and a proactive approach.
? Skilled in quotations, pricing, contract negotiation, and end-to-end sales processes.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a data-driven approach to market and competitor analysis.
? A team player with the ability to work independently, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
? Multilingual ability (English plus additional languages) highly regarded.

Salary – 80,000 to 95,000 plus superannuation
