• We’re looking for a dynamic, sales-driven leader with a passion for performance improvement and team development. If you’re obsessed with driving results, leading people, and continuously optimising how things are done, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
• As the Sales Performance Manager at SIXT, you’ll combine your sales expertise and leadership skills to maximise revenue, refine sales processes, and elevate the performance of our frontline Managers and Customer Experience Agents. Your focus will be on creating a high-performing, motivated team that delivers exceptional results and consistently exceeds expectations.

• You will play a pivotal role in team development by fostering a high-performance culture that supports the growth and engagement of skilled and motivated frontline managers and team members
• You will have a focus on boosting revenue by ensuring that sales efforts effectively contribute to organisational growth.
• You are responsible for improving efficiency by streamlining the sales process, reducing wasteful efforts and enhancing productivity
• You will evaluate sales data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Use insights to inform strategies that boost performance and revenue.
• You will provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders, offering actionable insights for decision-making.
• You are responsible for staying up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge in the car rental industry.

• Industry Experience: You have a proven track record in sales performance management, ideally within a customer service or similar fast-paced environment.
