<p>We are seeking a <strong>Sales Operations Specialist</strong> to support our sales team by managing the end-to-end <strong>Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)</strong> process and ensuring data accuracy across our sales systems. You will play a key role in helping the team deliver accurate quotes, purchase orders, and invoices, while keeping our CRM up to date and ensuring a smooth sales cycle.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to contribute to the efficiency and success of the sales team. Training will be provided on all tools and processes.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the <strong>full CPQ process</strong> (quoting, purchase orders, and invoicing) to support the sales cycle.</li><li>Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in the <strong>CPQ tool</strong> and <strong>CRM system</strong>.</li><li>Ensure quotes and documentation are accurate, timely, and aligned with sales processes.</li><li>Identify and apply process workarounds when required, ensuring minimal disruption to sales activities.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to support deal progression and provide operational assistance.</li><li>Use <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong> for reporting, data validation, and supporting sales-related activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong> (required).</li><li>Familiarity with:<ul><li><strong>CRM</strong>: HubSpot</li><li><strong>CPQ</strong>: MobileForce</li><li><strong>Accounting</strong>: QuickBooks<br><em>(experience in these tools is welcome but not required; training will be provided)</em></li></ul></li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to follow structured sales processes while adapting to exceptions.</li><li>Effective communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time remote role aligned to AEST business hours.</li><li>Training and onboarding on all sales systems and tools.</li><li>Exposure to global SaaS sales operations and CPQ processes.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive team environment where your contributions directly impact sales success.</li></ul><p></p>
