We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and reliable Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone with experience in sales, lead generation, and admin support within the care or service sector. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and direct them to the correct department Follow up with potential leads and book appointments Conduct research to identify potential NDIS clients and referral partners Manage email marketing campaigns and outreach Track and follow up on leads consistently Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain CRM records Support the Director and marketing team with regular reporting Requirements Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting Knowledge of the NDIS or community care sector is highly valued Strong organisational and time management skills Confident using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and email platforms Positive attitude and ability to work independently
