We are seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team at Yahweh Care in the Disability Care Sector. This role involves supporting our marketing efforts and engaging with clients to promote our services effectively. Location: Remote (must be available during Sydney business hours) Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Salary: AUD $800–$1,000 per month (based on experience and performance) About Us Yahweh Care is a leading NDIS-registered disability support provider based in Sydney, Australia. We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and reliable Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone with experience in sales, lead generation, and admin support within the care or service sector. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and direct them to the correct department Follow up with potential leads and book appointments Conduct research to identify potential NDIS clients and referral partners Manage email marketing campaigns and outreach Track and follow up on leads consistently Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain CRM records Support the Director and marketing team with regular reporting Requirements Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting Knowledge of the NDIS or community care sector is highly valued Strong organisational and time management skills Confident using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and email platforms Positive attitude and ability to work independently
