Responsibilities - Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to expand the client network (distributors, retail chains, jewelry stores, and international business clients). - Identify, approach, and maintain long-term relationships with business partners. - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities. - Understand client needs and provide professional product consultation. - Negotiate, finalize contracts, and oversee order execution. - Monitor orders and payments, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure accurate production and on-time delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales campaigns. - Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and forecasts. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. - Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and achieve sales KPIs. - Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus. - Knowledge of international trade, export processes, and cross-cultural business practices is an advantage.
