This standalone role is ideal for someone hungry to sell, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with a creative team that values listening, purposeful design, and delivering on promises. What You'll Do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and agency sectors
Build consultative relationships by understanding client brand and campaign goals
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored merchandise solutions
Work closely with CEO & stakeholders, leading the way and sharing your knowledge
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue targets to support strategic growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

Proven B2B sales experience - ideally in promotional products, marketing, or creative services
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
Passion for branding, design, and creative problem-solving
A self-starter with a growth mindset and drive to exceed targets
