The Role:

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Sales & User Support Assistant to join the team. You’ll support the team with day-to-day operational, compliance, and admin activities, as well as provide external user support for real estate agents using our Leasey platform.

To help you succeed, we will train, support and coach you on a range of systems and how best to communicate with your teammates, real estate agents, and suppliers. Like the rest of us, you will grow with the business.

Sales and Admin Support:

  • Process sales orders throughout the day, including downloading, uploading, and organising files to ensure accurate sales tracking and reporting.
  • Manage and submit sales call recordings to suppliers for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance.
  • Maintain and update supplier pricing in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

User Support:

  • Provide front-line support to real estate agent users, engaging promptly and professionally.
  • Assist system users with basic system issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate teams, using the ticketing system to track and manage requests.
  • Support user engagement and adoption by following established processes and best-practice guidance.
  • Maintain clear communication and timely follow-up on all user interactions to ensure a positive user experience.

Office Support:

  • Support general office management, including maintaining a clean and tidy environment, managing equipment, and coordinating office supply procurement.
  • Contribute to internal culture initiatives, including fruit box delivery, event management, and birthday reminders

What are the pay and perks?

  • Part-time from 3 days per week up to full-time, $55,000 FTE
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - no weekends!
