Shivom Enterprises Pty Ltd We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales by engaging with customers and retailers, promoting our product line, and building strong relationships in the market. This role requires a deep understanding of our products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel within the designated territory.   Benefits   •    Competitive salary Range Between 110000 to 120000. •    Comprehensive training and ongoing support. •    Opportunities for career growth and development.     Task & responsibilities     •    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. •    Identify and approach potential clients, including retailers, restaurants, and distributors. •    Conduct product presentations and tastings to promote our range of Indian food products. •    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. •    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. •    Visit client premises to collate data on sales and implement strategies to increase the promotion and sale of products  •    Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. •    Participate in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities. Qualification & experience   •    Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the Indian food and beverage industry. •    Strong knowledge of Indian food products and culinary practices. •    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. •    Travel regularly within NSW and VIC required. •    Valid driver’s license. •    Proficiency in local languages and English.   About Company Shivom Enterprise is an innovative and progressive family-owned organization based in the heart of Sydney, Western Suburb of Australia.
