About
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the workflow for sales orders as they are received by the Company Sales Representatives/ Customer Service team and ensuring the details are correct in the system before sending the order to the warehouse
- Answering calls and enquiries to back up the Customer Service team
- Assisting with any customer issues and stock updates
- Checking with the accounts and finance teams with regards to the different type of customer groups and their needs
- Checking the progress of the sale and coordinating with the relevant departments for a smooth transaction process
- Generating sales invoices
- Maintaining the customer database and creating new profiles as needed
- Working closely with the Customer Service team and being adaptable to cover for them when needed, for leave, etc.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as directed by the Sales Manager.
