We’re hiring a Sales & Admin Virtual Assistant who is sharp, fast, and confident at closing. This is not a beginner role — you’ll be working with hot inbound leads and converting them into paying customers. What You’ll Do (80% Sales / 20% Admin) - Reply to inbound leads in under 60 seconds via call, SMS, email, DM, and live chat (GoHighLevel) - Quote jobs, take deposits, and lock in bookings in our CRM (ServiceM8) - Use our battle-tested scripts to convert hot leads into booked jobs - Keep notes clean and hand off to operations — no mess, no guesswork Schedule & Tools - Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm (Melbourne time) - Optional part-time: Saturday & Sunday, 8am–5pm - Platforms: GoHighLevel + ServiceM8 - Scripts, templates, and paid training provided Pay & Bonuses (All Stackable) - Base Pay: AUD $300 - $500/ week ( Based on skill) - +1% commission on booked revenue (average job = AUD $1,500) - Paid weekly on Tuesdays Performance Bonuses: - Booking Bonus: 6+ bookings/day = +AUD $5 per extra booking - Top Closer Bonus: Meet weekly revenue goal = +AUD $50/week Why This Role Rocks - 100% inbound calls & enquiries — hot leads only - Fast-moving workflow — real momentum, not busywork - Clear expectations, simple systems, and strong earning upside You’re a Fit If… - You speak and write excellent English (neutral accent required) - You’re lightning-fast, disciplined, and detail-obsessed - You have stable internet, a quiet workspace, and backup power/data - You’ve worked in sales or admin in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
