We are looking for a Sales & Admin Coordinator to handle inbound leads (calls + emails) and turn them into paying customers. This is not cold calling and not a pure admin role — it’s a performance role. You’ll respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, send quotes, and follow up by phone/email until the deal is closed or the lead is lost. If you’ve done sales or lead conversion before, show us results: How many calls per day? How many follow-ups? What conversion rates? Tasks are given — results are what matter. Performance and contribution to growth will determine increases over time.
