On behalf of our client, we are advertising. HIMA Group are currently looking for skilled Engineers focussed Safety Systems Engineer on to join their team in Perth, WA.

Tasks & Duties:
1. Produce and test programmable logic code based on client specification, relevant engineering
standards. Participate and perform tasks involving integration with third party systems, simulation,
testing of system hardware/software with various stakeholders
2. Perform onsite engineering and various service activities at customer premises, including but not
limited to testing and commissioning works always ensuring highest work quality and safety practice.
3. Produce hardware/software design specifications, project documentations such as but not limited to
quality plans, FAT and SAT procedures, verification and validation plan etc.
4. Plan and implement assigned project activities, including project schedules, Functional Safety
Management and Cyber Security plans.
5. Provide technical support, including 24/7 support, training, site surveys etc. Liaise with customers,
suppliers, partners, project team and project manager.
6. Sharing job execution experiences, providing technical support and guidance to peer engineers as
best engineering practices.
7. Produce appropriate engineering documentations, materials, resource requisitions etc. Ensure
projects follow execution of best practices, functional safety requirements & company policies.

1. Degree in engineering, automation or related field
2. 5 years in automation (safety will be desired along
with knowledge of IEC61508 and IEC61511.
3. Industrial safety controller engineering and
programming. Knowledge of cyber security IEC
62443.
