Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the SA/NT sales territories
• Drive new revenue and business growth by going through the entire sales cycle from researching, cold calling, presenting, attending industry events to closing out new deals
• Nurture and upsell to existing accounts
• Manage and maintain an organised sales pipeline
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes and contracts
• Deliver weekly sales reports and forecast via Salesforce CRM
• Work independently with excellent management support

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years sales experience; open to any industry experience but capital equipment, industrial machinery or engineering industry experience preferred
• Strong track record in solution selling, new business development, account and territory management
• Ability to work and travel throughout SA, NT and occasionally interstate
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attitude and willingness to perform at a high level
• Strong technical aptitude
• Strong relationship building, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of CRM systems
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and disciplined in managing sales territory independently
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license
