About the role We are looking for a Rural Products Sales Representative to join our team on a Permanent Part-Time basis (25 hours), with the flexibility to work Saturdays when required As a Rural Products Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch's rural products team. You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while leveraging your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore new opportunities for them. Supported by the AIRR network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth. Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets. Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products. Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients. Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products. Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards. About You Thrive in a collaborative working environment and enjoy working as part of a team. Passionate about making a positive impact for clients and the community. Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively support clients. Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and possess strong retail skills. Capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients.
