We are currently seeking an experienced Rostering Officer with strong scheduling abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is an opportunity to contribute to a supportive and values-driven team, ensuring consistent care through efficient staff coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day business operations, from checking and responding to emails to scheduling staff.
- Create, maintain, and adjust staff rosters to ensure optimal shift coverage.
- Liaise with care staff, case managers, and clients to manage shift allocations.
- Match staff availability and qualifications with client preferences.
- Coordinate replacements for unplanned leave or absences (sick leave, emergencies).
- Communicate schedule updates clearly to both staff and clients.
- Utilise rostering software to maintain accurate staff records, availability, and compliance documentation.
- Create reports for clients with updates on works needed.
