Customer Service Representative Hours: 30-40 hours per week between Mon-Sun Location: Remote (Australian business) Industry: Health & Wellness eCommerce We are a global health and wellness eCommerce brand looking for an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will work closely with our Customer Service Manager and use Gorgias to manage customer inquiries, Shopify for order-related issues, and warehouse management software for tracking and fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via Gorgias in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve product and order-related issues, troubleshoot, and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction. - Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer service tickets. - Use Shopify for order management and customer order history. - Collaborate with warehouse teams using warehouse management software to track orders and address fulfillment-related inquiries. - Assist in streamlining and improving the customer service process. - Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to handle more complex issues. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the eCommerce sector. - Proficient in using customer support platforms (experience with Gorgias is required). - Experience with Shopify and warehouse management software is highly preferred. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to handle difficult situations and customers professionally. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Advanced experience in eCommerce customer service is a must. - Available to work on Saturday and Sunday for 5-7 hours each day Please respond to this application on your direct experience to the responsibilities listed above and requirements.
