We’re Bali Love, a growing company in the wedding/events space, and we’re currently evaluating Rocket.Chat as a possible communication solution. We want to understand whether Rocket.Chat is the right platform for us before committing to a full setup. Our use case involves conversations between: Couples Guests Vendors Internal staff We’re also interested in embedding comment/chat panels inside our React web app so that communication happens seamlessly in context. What we need at this stage: Evaluation & Consultation: Help us assess if Rocket.Chat can support our multi-user workflows, roles, and permissions. Architecture Guidance: Recommend the best way to structure conversations across couples, guests, vendors, and staff. Integration Advice: Show us how embedding Rocket.Chat in React typically works, including pros/cons and any limitations. Roadmap/Next Steps: Outline what would be needed for a smooth setup and scale-up if we decide to proceed. Requirements: Proven experience with Rocket.Chat setup, customization, and integrations. Knowledge of React app integration with Rocket.Chat (embedding panels, APIs, authentication). Ability to clearly explain trade-offs between out-of-the-box vs. custom development. Strong communication skills — we need clarity and actionable recommendations. Nice to Have: Experience with multi-stakeholder communication systems (e.g. events, hospitality, or platforms with external + internal users). Deliverable for this project: A short-term engagement where you: Review our use case and requirements. Advise on feasibility of using Rocket.Chat for our needs. Provide a practical plan for embedding Rocket.Chat panels into our React app. If this goes well, we may extend into a full implementation project. Project Type: Evaluation & consultation with potential follow-on implementation.
