  • We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Risk Insurance Paraplanner to join our Risk Insurance team. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality insurance advice by preparing documentation, coordinating client administration, and assisting with claims and applications.

  • What you'll do
  • Draft insurance advice documents, including Statements of Advice and Records of Advice
  • Prepare pre-assessment forms, product comparisons, and insurance applications
  • Manage client administration tasks such as policy renewals, alterations, and claims support
  • Liaise with insurers, underwriters, and clients to gather information and progress applications
  • Ensure all documentation and processes are compliant with industry and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with reporting for advisors
  • Contribute to process improvements and participate in training to develop your expertise
  • What you'll bring
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a paraplanning or similar financial services role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Finance (or currently completing)
  • RG146 Compliance or Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning (or currently completing)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with financial planning or insurance platforms
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
