Your part in the Blue Care Team Blue Care operate over 32 retirement villages across Queensland, with more than 3,300 residents choosing to make a Blue Care communities their home Reporting to the General Manager, Retirement Living, the role of Support Partner provides high level of administrative and organisational support to the Retirement Living Team to facilitate BlueCare Retirement Living’s performance, growth and development as trusted, well performing Scheme Operator. Your responsibilities will include: Provide professional first point of contact for internal and external customers – directly, by telephone and/or electronically. Undertakes tasks and duties to proactively support the General Manager Retirement Living to meet day-to-day priorities by using judgment to pre-empt needs and determine follow up actions including: diary management, appointment arrangements, travel arrangements, email management, correspondence management, file maintenance, stakeholder management. Organises and coordinates events, functions, workshops and site visits for the Retirement Living team. Undertakes administrative tasks relating to Retirement Living team management using an understanding of the subject matter covered . Receive and process correspondence, distribute and file all documents. Provide administrative support including preparation of agendas, minutes of meetings, preparation, copying and distribution of letters, memos, reports, newsletters. Calendar coordination for the team - update with leave, meetings, etc. What makes a difference for us? Demonstrated experience and skills in administration within retirement living or community sectors preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills including reporting writing and presentation skills. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work within a complex organisation showing administrative capability, collaboration, motivation and performance. A commitment and demonstrated experience in achieving positive customer outcomes. Capacity to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment Demonstrated effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including advanced computer skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders Retirement living skills/knowledge is highly desirable.
