About the role!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead by example, support the store team, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth store operations, achieving sales targets, and creating a positive, supportive workplace culture.

What You’ll Do!
Supervise and support the daily activities of the retail team
Provide hands-on leadership on the sales floor
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members
Support with rostering, stock management, and visual merchandising
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed store targets

What We’re Looking For!
Previous retail or supervisory experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and leadership skills
A customer-first mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
