NFR Holdings PTY LTD is seeking 50 experienced Retail Supervisors to join the team at their new upcoming McDonald Restaurants locations in Mackay, 4740 QLD and surrounding regional areas.

Occupation: Retail Supervisor

Tenancy: Position is available full-time 38/h per week, 5 years contract.

Salary: $ 73,672 plus 10% superannuation  

Qualifications & Experience: AQF Certificate IV or higher qualification, and at least three years relevant experience; or at least four years' relevant experience  

Task and Duties include (but not limited to)

·         Guaranteeing customers receive rapid service and high-quality goods and services

·         Responding to customers' enquiries and handling customer complaints

·         Responsible for quality of service and cleanliness

·         Planning and developing weekly schedules per payroll guidelines whilst accounting for employee and store needs

·         Recruit, hire and train associates, developing them into productive team members with excellent knowledge

·         Assessing, dismissing and promoting staff, and working to resolve staff grievances when required

·         Coaching staff on how to handle difficult and complicated situations which may arise in the store

·         Reviewing the quality of returned products and implementing appropriate action for the customer

·         Inventory, ordering new stock and overseeing the unloading of delivery trucks and correct storage of supplies

·         Ensuring promotional signs are properly in place and that menu item are correctly priced
·         Implement safety and quality procedures to ensure a safe quality environment and ensure health and safety regulations are met

·         Builds strong community relationships and works with Customer Experience Manager to identify ways to connect with the wider community and build on the McDonald’s brand

·         Oversee and manage payroll time entries and expenses to optimize the regional contribution
·         Implement and ensure Representatives’ performance to complete tasks

·         Assign and manage team projects to use efficiencies and quality execution

·         Build and train sales specialists and develop store team

·         Develop top performers and evaluate performance, coach and offer feedback

·         Inspect company equipment regularly to ensure the maintenance

·         Motivate to sell, maintain store and communicate with team    

Requirements

·                     Experience as a Retail Supervisor or in other managerial positions

·                     Knowledge of retail management best practices

·                     Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

·                     Excellent organising and leadership skills

·                     Commercial awareness

·                     Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles

·                     Excellent knowledge of retail management software
