Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and motivating a team of employees to meet performance standards and foster a positive work environment.
  • Sales & Profitability: Implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, monitoring sales performance, and increasing store profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing stock levels, making purchase orders, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and properly merchandised.
  • Customer Service: Ensuring a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service, resolving complaints, and handling inquiries effectively.
  • Store Operations: Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, while also managing deliveries and stock.
  • Financial Management: Developing and managing store budgets, maintaining financial records, and monitoring expenses to achieve financial goals.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies, including loss prevention and cash handling procedures.
  • Promotions & Merchandising: Creating and overseeing in-store promotions, preparing displays, and ensuring products are displayed effectively to drive sales.
