Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 pa + performance bonus & benefits

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead the Kilkenny store. This role is crucial in running daily operations, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in line with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations. Your duties will include:
? Store Operations & Performance
Oversee daily store activities to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
Determine appropriate product mix, stock levels and service standards to meet customer and business needs.
Monitor financial performance, maintain accurate records of stock levels and sales data.
? Sales, Marketing & Customer Service
Promote and implement sales, marketing and merchandising strategies to maximise profitability.
Ensure high-level customer service and product advice, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
? Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, supervise, coach and develop store team members to build a high-performing workforce.
Plan staff rosters and performance reviews that support operational needs.
? Compliance & Standards
Ensure workplace adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Support loss prevention strategies and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Selection Criteria
? Minimum 1–3 years’ relevant retail management experience, ideally in a sporting goods or related retail environment.
? Minimum qualification: AQF Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree in Business, Retail Management or related field; or at least 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
? Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
? Excellent customer service attitude with a passion for sport/active lifestyle products.
? Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as required.
