Operating physical retail stores where customers can explore and purchase E-motorcycles, E-scooters, E-bikes, and a wide range of parts and accessories, including batteries, chargers, mechanical parts, brake pads, tyres and tubes, brake levers, and other accessories.
Our on-site workshops provide expert repair and maintenance services, ensuring every vehicle and accessory sold remains in optimal condition.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team and help maintain our reputation for excellence.

Position Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Oversee product range, stock levels, and service quality to meet customer expectations.
• Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
• Promote and advertise the store’s products and services to attract and retain customers.
• Sell products and provide expert advice to customers on their use and benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and financial transactions.
• Plan and manage budgets to ensure operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across the store.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma of Retail Management or a related qualification.
• At least one year of proven work experience as a Retail Store Manager, preferably in an electric bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or related retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of stock control, budgeting, and retail operations.

Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $75,000 and $ 85,000 per annum, plus superannuation, for a 38-hour work week.
