Our Client, Virk Group Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their Restaurant/store . This exciting role involves overseeing staff management, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, proven Retail/Store management experience, and a passion for creating an engaging and customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:
• Responsible for overseeing the operations of a retail store

Duties:
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers
• Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance

Qualification:
• AQF Diploma or Higher
• 1-3 years of experience in related field

Salary:
• $70,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation
