-Ensure a premium customer journey from initial consultation to final fitting, maintaining high satisfaction levels.

-Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals.

-Manage stock levels of fabrics and accessories, ensuring optimal inventory to meet customer demands.

-Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

-Develop and execute in-store promotions and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

-Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.

-Ensure all store operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications/Attributes:

-Must hold at least a Diploma of Business or higher, or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.

-Must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations effectively.

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems.

-Passion for fashion and an understanding of tailoring processes.

-Creative flair for visual merchandising and store presentation.

-Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
