The Elcho Group is looking for an experienced and qualified Retail or Store Manager to join their team in Galiwinku, NT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Uphold the regulations imposed by the health department
* Ensure a timely service is provided to customers
* Maintain a full, priced, and neat environment for customers
* Security to all equipment, products, and monies always
* Ensure a safe and hygienic work area is upheld by all
* Rostering and managing staffs
* Cash handling and reconciliation
* Ordering and receiving stock
* Administering accounts
* Pricing and managing data entry using our POS system
* Store presentation/cleaning and service schedules
* Promoting healthy food options for customers
* Store security and Monitoring staff accommodation
* Provide management reports to accountant and Director

Skills:

* Motivating, guiding, and managing a team to achieve store goals
* Ensuring excellent customer experiences and handling complaints effectively
* Clearly communicating with staff, customers, and upper management
* Tracking and managing stock levels, preventing shortages or overstocking
* Identifying and resolving issues related to store operations, customer issues, or employee matters
* Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines
* Maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment
