  • Join our dynamic retail media team ‘Mixin’, supporting the Retail Media Operations Manager
  • Support the team with guidance & mentorship, overseeing end to end delivery off offline retail media campaigns.
  • As the Retail Media Channel Lead you will play a key role within Mixin Media’s Retail Media Operations team.
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for the Production Ad Ops Specialists and Operations Coordinator, the role provides guidance, mentorship and workflow leadership — while also owning delivery projects and driving process improvements.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of offline (non-biddable) media activity across our store network, the role covers formats including Digital Screens, Radio, Sampling, At-Shelf POS, Content Packages, Window Takeovers and Brand Installations (“Magic Moments”).

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all offline retail media campaigns across formats.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to standard and in line with defined SLAs.
  • Act as first point of escalation for the Ad Ops Specialists and Operations Coordinator, resolving issues effectively.
  • Support the Operations Manager in refining workflows and operational processes.
  • Provide coaching, support and informal mentoring to delivery team members.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example in ways of working, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Support capability uplift by identifying process or skills gaps and sharing best practice.
  • Own small-to-medium delivery projects (new format rollouts, workflow updates, vendor integrations).
  • Act as traffic manager, balancing workloads and campaign priorities across the delivery team.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing engagement of vendor partners.
  • Ensure adherence to campaign briefing standards, creative timelines, and technical specifications.
  • Oversee proof-of-play and PCA reporting in partnership with production and insights teams.
  • Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you

  • 4+ years’ experience in campaign operations, production, media planning or project/traffic management (retail media or omnichannel preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching team members.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business or related field, desirable.
  • Experience working with media or print vendors, desirable.
  • Familiarity with offline formats such as digital signage, radio, print, sampling, or experiential is desirable.
