They are looking for a skilled Retail Manager to join their team in full-time positions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Zeus Street Greek, a brand with a strong reputation in Northpoint, NSW, where quality, creativity, and consistency are at the heart of everything they do.
As a Retail Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include.

Scope of the Work:
- As Retail Manager, you will oversee the full operations of Zeus Street Greek – North Point, North Sydney, ensuring excellence across food quality, service delivery, and team performance. Your tasks will include:
- Determining product mix, stock levels, and service standards to ensure consistent quality and availability.
- Formulating and implementing purchasing policies, supplier management, and marketing initiatives, as well as setting competitive prices.
- Promoting and advertising the restaurant’s offerings to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Selling products and services directly to customers and advising on menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, sales, and financial transactions.
- Preparing and monitoring budgets to ensure efficient financial management of the business.
- Controlling recruitment, training, rostering, and supervision of staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and all relevant regulatory requirements.

To be considered for this role, you should:
- Be willing to relocate if you are interstate or in other cities.
- Be available on both days at weekends and be able to work split shifts.
- Have at least 2- 3 years of work experience as a Retail Manager.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Exceptional communication skills.
