Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day retail and postal operations.

Lead, train, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

Ensure compliance with Australia Post processes, policies, and audit requirements.

Oversee cash handling, banking, and financial reconciliations.

Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Drive sales of retail products and services, meeting business targets.

Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and security.

Provide operational reporting and liaise with Australia Post representatives.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in retail management or postal operations (essential).

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

High attention to detail and ability to meet compliance standards.

Competency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
