We’re also more than just tyres and can help you with vehicle servicing and repairs, batteries, brakes, suspension, exhaust, ECU Mapping and wheels.

We are a growing business with growing client counts; hence We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our both ventures of City discount stores located in Osborne Park & Balcatta.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in retail management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the tyre shop, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and support the retail team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent service.
- Oversee stock levels, ordering, and merchandising of tyres and related products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Monitor and report on store performance, including sales and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and head office for product availability and promotions.

Requirements:
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of tyre products and services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Annual salary offering $73,100 - $90,000.
