Background

We, Luna Sofia’s Luck Pty Ltd, are a dessert shop offering Açai bowls, crepes, waffles, Dutch pancakes, fruit cups, and milkshakes. With over 10 years in the market, we focus on excellent customer service and train all staff in-house to maintain high standards in both service and product quality.

Daily tasks include:
1) Monitoring food preparation and ensuring quality standards;
2) Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards;
3) Monitor inventory levels and manage food and labor costs to maintain budgetary compliance;
4) Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences;
5) Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations;
6) Assess operations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement;
7) Coordinate with the owner to implement new initiatives and marketing strategies to drive sales;
8) Foster a culture of customer service excellence and employee engagement, implementing best practices to enhance guest experience;
9) Assist with financial management, including cash handling, budgeting, and cost control.

Requirements:

1) Diploma or higher in Business or Hospitality Management.
2) Degrees can be replaced if the applicant has 5+ years of work experience.
3) At least 1 year of experience in the field.
4) Proven ability to lead, provide training and motivate a team in a high-pressure setting.
5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Annual salary: $77,000 + superannuation (38h/week)
