Minimum Requirements:
AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in the relevant field with at least 3+ years' experience in a similar role

Roles and responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day kiosk operations at Soul Origin Belconnen, ensuring smooth service flow in a fast-paced shopping-centre environment.
Lead and mentor the team by training staff on Soul Origin’s customer service standards, food safety, and product knowledge.
Manage food preparation and presentation, ensuring all salads, sandwiches, coffees, and beverages are delivered fresh, appealing, and consistent with brand guidelines.
Coordinate rostering and shift scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during high-traffic trading hours, particularly breakfast, lunch, and weekend peaks.
Monitor stock levels and supplier deliveries, managing inventory efficiently to minimise wastage and ensure availability of core menu items.
Uphold hygiene, OH&S, and food safety compliance, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in line with Westfield and Soul Origin requirements.
Implement local sales and upselling strategies, driving growth in coffee sales, add-on items (e.g., sweets, yoghurts), and combo offerings.
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and service reputation is upheld.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
Track sales performance and customer trends, providing input to improve product offerings and operational efficiency.
Liaise with centre management and brand representatives, ensuring alignment with company marketing, promotions, and compliance requirements.
