About the Business

Anytime Deli Burswood is a vibrant neighbourhood store with three key sections – Grocery, Bakery, and Deli – providing fresh, quality products to our community 24X7. We are seeking a Retail Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and drive excellent customer service across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of grocery, bakery, and deli sections to ensure smooth running of the business.

- Develop and implement sales strategies, merchandising plans, and promotional activities to increase revenue.

- Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, manage inventory rotation, and minimise wastage.

- Supervise, train, and schedule staff across all three sections to maintain high service standards.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and quality control requirements.

- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses, and meet profitability targets.

- Foster a positive team culture and handle staff performance reviews and HR requirements.

- Maintain store presentation, product displays, and hygiene standards at all times.
