The Retail Manager at Fantastic Framing is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, optimising processes, and driving sales strategies to maximize profitability. This role requires strong leadership to manage staff, maintain inventory control, and ensure effective visual merchandising.
Recruiting across several stores in Sydney, we currently seek a full-time Retail Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Store Operations Management: Oversee daily retail activities, ensuring smooth store functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Sales Strategy & Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and improve customer conversion rates.
• Staff Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor store employees, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
• Inventory Control & Management: Monitor stock levels, manage ordering processes, and minimise losses through effective inventory control.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an appealing and effective store layout, ensuring that displays align with brand standards and enhance customer engagement.
• Customer Experience Enhancement: Ensure excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Financial Oversight: Track sales performance, analyze business reports, and control expenses to maximize profitability.
• Compliance & Policy Implementation: Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• A level of skill commensurate with an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma OR at least 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and optimize performance.
• Experience with inventory control and merchandising strategies.
• Knowledge of retail operations and compliance standards.
Salary: $73,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation
