About the Position:
The Retail Manager at Perto Gympie will oversee the daily operations of our busy convenience store and service station, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient team performance. This role involves managing staff, inventory, and customer service while driving sales and maintaining the store’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and cleanliness.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail and service staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and BP brand standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Oversee cash handling, financial transactions, and reporting.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to optimize stock levels.
Requirements:
