Al Mazaj Grocery & Gift is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the continued success of our Ravenhall store. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong organisational, commercial, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage product range, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer demand
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies and marketing initiatives
• Set and review pricing in line with business objectives
• Promote and advertise store products and services to increase sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service, including advising customers on product use
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, financial transactions, and store performance
• Prepare and manage budgets to ensure profitability and cost control

About You:
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
• Strong financial and commercial understanding
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong customer service focus
• Knowledge of stock control systems and budgeting processes

Salary: $79,000 + Superannuation
Employment: Full-time
