SL Satya Pty Ltd T/As Wubin Roadhouse BP Located in 1 Great Northern Hwy, Wubin WA 6612, is looking for Retail Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. We are dedicated to providing quality products and services to our community, including retail and fuel offerings.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a retail manager. Candidate will be offered annual salary is between $75,000 to $85,000 per annum based on experience.
your responsibilities will include :

• Ensuring smooth and efficient functionality of the fuel station, kitchen, eatery and retail sales
• Managing fuel supply, tracking fuel levels, and coordinating deliveries.
• Prepare and publish weekly roster for crew.
• managing stock levels at all areas
• Ensure roster meets labour target. Monitor and amend throughout the week in order to achieve business targets.
• Completing weekly order and preparing and planning for product promotions.
• Managing waste and making action plan to reduce waste.
• Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
• Dealing with queries, complaints, and feedback from customers
