About the Position:
The Retail Manager at Ampol Nebo will oversee the daily operations of this busy service station, ensuring high standards of customer service, efficient stock management, and compliance with safety regulations. This role is perfect for a motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer needs.
Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and set competitive prices.
Promote and advertise Ampol Nebo’s goods and services to attract customers.
Sell goods and services, providing expert advice on product use.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Undertake budgeting to ensure financial efficiency.
Control the selection, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role.
