Postion Summary

we are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, manage customer service standards and lead retail team to continued success.

Key responsibilities

Maintain daily retail operations and sales performance
Maintain and monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
Develop customer engagement strategies to maximise satisfaction
Train, supervise and schedule retail staff
Analyse sales trends and prepare performance reports
Implement retail marketing promotions and pricing strategies
Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or higher qualification in retail, business or Management (preferred)
Minimum 2 years experience
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and organisational ability
Knowledge of retail POS systems and Microsoft office
