We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Gold Coast store. This is a hands-on role for a motivated professional who can take responsibility for day-to-day operations while driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth running and high standards of presentation.
Lead, train and motivate a small team to deliver excellent customer service.
Oversee stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.
Monitor sales performance, report to management, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and retail regulations.
Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage a small, diverse team.
Multilingual communication skills highly regarded — ability to engage with a broad customer base.
Solid knowledge of horticulture and specialty cultivation practices (experience with emerging natural product categories is an advantage).
Competent with POS systems, stock management, and reporting.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Salary Pay: A$49,900.00 - A$76,600.00 per year
