About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the operations of our luxury gift and stationery store. This role requires a manager with strong leadership, attention to detail, and experience in managing premium retail environments. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, overseeing staff performance, maintaining brand standards, and delivering a world-class shopping experience to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day store operations within a high-end retail environment.
•
Lead, coach, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and exceptional customer service.
•
Oversee merchandising and presentation of premium products including Montblanc, S.T. Dupont, and Caran d’Ache collections.
•
Coordinate stock control, inventory levels, and supplier relations for luxury goods.
•
Implement store policies and ensure compliance with company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
•
Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated service issues, ensuring personalised service for VIP clients.
•
Analyse sales reports, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to business strategies.
•
Maintain strong brand representation and ensure alignment with global luxury retail standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
•
Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
•
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
•
Strong customer service focus, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
•
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
•
Experience managing budgets, rosters, and achieving sales KPIs.
•
Knowledge of luxury retail brands such as Montblanc, S.T. Dupont, Caran d’Ache, or similar is highly desirable.
•
Formal qualification in Business, Retail, or Management (preferred but not essential).
