MVR Retailers Pty Ltd trading as Mobile Experts operates a network of mobile phone retail and service outlets across New South Wales, specialising in mobile device sales, repairs, accessories, and technical support services. Our business is built on fast turnaround times, consistent service standards, and strong customer engagement. As our operations continue to expand across multiple locations, we are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee and coordinate store performance across our kiosk and shop-based outlets.

Location: Hornsby NSW 2077
Position: Retail Manager – Full-Time
Salary: $77,000 – $82,000 + Superannuation

About the Role
The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple Mobile Experts outlets. This role requires strong operational oversight, staff management capability, and the ability to ensure consistent service delivery across different store formats. The position involves regular presence across all sites and close coordination with store teams to maintain sales performance, customer service standards, and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple Mobile Experts locations, including kiosks and shopfront stores.
- Supervise, roster, train, and support store staff to ensure adequate coverage and consistent performance.
- Monitor sales results and implement strategies to improve revenue and service outcomes.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalated customer enquiries or complaints.
- Oversee inventory control, stock ordering, and stock movement between sites.
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and operational readiness across all locations.
- Monitor cash handling, POS processes, and daily reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures.
- Implement and enforce company policies, service standards, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare basic performance reports and provide operational feedback to management.

Skills & Experience
- Qualification in Retail Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in a Retail Manager, Multi-site Manager, or Store Manager role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales performance, and customer service management.
- Proven ability to manage staff across multiple locations.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in mobile, electronics, or telecommunications retail is highly regarded.
