This full-time position is available to suitably qualified candidates. About the role Job title: Retail Manager Employment type: Full-time, ongoing (minimum 38 hours per week). Location: Greenvale. Salary: AUD 75,000–85,000 plus super Key duties and responsibilities Organise and control daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and reporting.? Determine product mix, stock levels and service standards to meet sales and profitability targets.? Implement purchasing and marketing strategies, including in-store promotions and merchandising. Lead, roster, train and supervise staff, ensuring strong performance and compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales and financial transactions, and undertake store budgeting.? Ensure a high standard of customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and other relevant regulations.? Skills, experience and qualifications More than 1 year of relevant, full-time retail management experience. Proven ability to manage a retail store, including staff supervision, stock control, and sales performance. Strong understanding of retail customer service and sales techniques.? Good computer skills, including point-of-sale and basic office software.? Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Formal qualifications in business, management or a related field will be highly regarded but are not mandatory if experience is substantial.
