We host a wide variety of events - corporate lunches, dinners or cocktail parties, media launches, private milestone celebrations and weddings. We also operate a chef’s tasting dining room, open to the public throughout the week.
- About The Role
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front-of-House (FOH) Team Leader to join our team at Eureka 89 on a full-time basis, working on a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday. You'll become a valued member of our incredible FOH Team Leaders, collaborating to oversee all front-of-house activities for events and dining at Eureka 89.
- Reporting to Eureka 89’s Assistant Operations Manager, the FOH Team Leader is responsible for the coordination of the FOH team, ensuring seamless delivery of events and dining, liaising with clients, presentation of the venue (including set up/pack down and AV), ordering and receipting of goods, and collaborating with the Sales & Events and Kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional experience.
- This position is responsible for creating a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing employees, upholding service standards and procedures, and ensuring work is completed in accordance with work health and safety procedures at all times.

- About You
- The ideal candidate will be passionate and proud of the food and service they deliver and be willing to go above and beyond to create ongoing memorable and unique guest experiences. You will have strong leadership skills, be a team player, have the ability to provide constructive feedback to keep building the FOH teams' ability and skills, have hospitality experience in premium events or fine-dining, and have a demonstrated positive "can-do" attitude.
Education/Experience
- Front-of-House experience in a premium venue, with a passion for food and beverage
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (mandatory)
- First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Safe Food Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
