The Pearle Operations Pty Ltd, located in Cable Beach WA 6726, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
Coordinating and supervising staff, including rostering, training and performance monitoring.
Managing reservations, customer flow and overall guest experience.
Overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies and coordinating with suppliers.
Implementing and maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
Monitoring financial performance, including budgets, sales targets and cost control.
Handling customer feedback and resolving operational issues promptly.
Assisting in planning and executing promotional activities to improve business performance.

About you:
Minimum one year of experience in a restaurant management role.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Good knowledge of food service operations, hygiene requirements and customer service standards.
Ability to manage budgets, stock and supplier relationships.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Salary:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
