We are looking for a friendly, motivated and Customer focussed person with love for hospitality to lead our team in Subway Bendigo
Our well established store is looking to grow and requires management to lead the way.
Because we're open 7 days a week, we need our team to manage the busiest shifts. This will include some weekends and evening work as well as early starts.
Some of your key duties will include:
· Supervising our amazing team
· Customer service focus
· Food preparation & handling
· Cash management and banking
· Managing Store adhering Subway Compliance
· Following store procedures & guidelines
· Preparing Rosters
· Inventory management including ordering stocks
· Recruitment & Performance Management
· Managing Catering and deliveries
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Experience:
• Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail management: 1 year (Preferred)
